An Evening Of Islam 2008

IQRA Promotions would like to thank everybody that attended the event at Magna on Sunday the 13th of January 2008. Alhamdulilah it was a historic evening with a substantial amount being raised for the needy in Darfur. All proceeds raised and pledged were collected by Imam Qasim from the Al-Khair Foundation. The turnout was great and it was a very lively atmosphere the audience filled the Magna with the sounds of Takbeers, praising Allah Almighty and his beloved Messenger, Muhammad (SAW).

Iqra Centre is an independent organisation that was established in 2004. We are based in the City of Sheffield in South Yorkshire.

We also operate an Islamic Dawah outlets & also provide a multi media service, which includes a recording studio, film production & editing suite, graphic designing & copying facilities. 

Our event, "Live in Sheffield" was Alhamdulillah a major success, Hassen Rasool, Hassan & Habibah, Aashiq al Rasul, Mecca 2 Medina, Kamal Uddin, Muhammed Yahya & Nadeem Ilyas perfomed nasheeds & gave inspirational talks to a full house audience.
